Who we are

Vs One Corporation restores mobile and manufactured homes across Illinois and Indiana. This policy covers this website only. It does not cover anything that happens after you hire us, which is governed by your written agreement.

What we collect

If you fill in the estimate form we receive exactly what you typed: your name, your phone number, the kind of home you have, the town or park it is in, the work you are asking about, and the time of day you prefer to be called. Nothing else about you is collected by the form.

The site stores two things in your browser. Your language choice, EN or ES, so the page opens in the language you picked last time. And, only if your request fails to send, a copy of that request - so your browser can try again by itself when the connection comes back. The copy is deleted the moment it goes through, and in any case within a day. Neither is an identifier, neither is shared with anyone, and clearing your browser data removes both.

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use tracking pixels, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Why we collect it

To prepare your estimate and to contact you about it. That is the whole purpose. We do not add you to a marketing list from this form.

Who it is shared with

Your request is delivered to us by Netlify, the company that hosts this website. It receives the form, holds the submission so we can read it, and passes it on to us by email. Netlify acts on our instructions, has its own privacy terms, and is not permitted to use your information for its own purposes.

We share information with no one else, except where the law requires it.

Calls and texts

When you submit the form you agree that we may call or text the number you gave us about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of hiring us, and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us on the phone and we will note it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests for as long as we may reasonably need them for the job and for our own records. If you ask us to delete yours, we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call the number at the bottom of this page and say so. We do not require a form or a fee.

Children

This site is meant for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
